I am a QVC addict, because of the excellent poducts and prices especially the "Todays Special Value"(TSV) The 30 day money back guarantee is second to none because you really can try the product for 30 days before deciding if you want to buy it. The Customer Service reps are friendly and very helpful and all the phone calls are free. My only gripe is the postage, but on most occasions when buying the TSV - the product plus postage is still a lot cheaper than buying off the high street.

Bonus to get cashback for a merchant I have used numerous times in the past. Tracked no problem. Item delivered quickly as usual. QVC's customer service is great too, having dealt with them in the past. With them, the customer is always right which is a refreshing change.

Tracking may take a while, they give a 30 day money back offer, so once your item has passed the 30 days then it tracks. Worth the wait

Goods arrived in time stated by merchant. The 30 day money back guarantee offered by QVC is good. The silicone baking pan muffin cases I bought are of a very acceptable quality.
