Tracking may take a while, they give a 30 day money back offer, so once your item has passed the 30 days then it tracks. Worth the wait

Goods arrived in time stated by merchant. The 30 day money back guarantee offered by QVC is good. The silicone baking pan muffin cases I bought are of a very acceptable quality.

has always tracked in the end, Never really had any problems with this retailer or tracking, Qvc customer services are always happy to help with returns if items are faulty, they send out a pre paid sticker , plus you get original postage back, ( thought i did have to email them about giving back my postage on 2 faulty items .

This merchant (in my experience) isn't the quickest always to show up as being tracked. Reading others' comments I'm not alone. Good quality products though and eventually the cashback rolls in!

Beware! I had to return an item because of missing parts, QVC customer services
could not have been more helpful and arranged a replacement item to be sent to me. Now two months later I find my cashbacks gone to £00.00 for this item and it seems so unfair.

QVC are great, delivery in the time expected. Cashback had to be manually tracked, cashback did not show up automatically. Once tracked - paid quickly.

Cashback appears very soon after purchase and progresses to payment quickly.
QVC has given me excellent service on everything I have ordered. Delivery is normally faster than they advertise which is great. My last purchase of a Pilates machine was ordered on a Sunday at 23.45 and was delivered two days later on Tuesday AM. That's a good service.
