I've not had one single purchase track and everyone has had to be done manually. Takes forever to get it confirmed and even longer to be payable.

I'm still mystified as to why QVC purchases never track for me. I've tried everything - different browsers, clearing cookies etc. etc. and not once have any tracked. I miss out on loads of cashback as I buy so much that I forget to submit manual claims for many purchases. Finally got cashback from almost a year ago, so it does get there in the end.

I returned the item I ordered so I don't know how fast or slow the retailer is regarding cash back. I have ordered items from the retailer before and the service has been good.
