Transaction took just over a day to track and delivery within a week overall positive experience. I just wish they didn't charge so much for delivery.

I really enjoy shopping with QVC. They are really fair, especially giving you a refund if your item doesn't arrive etc. They also give a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee and now in the run up to Christmas, they have extended that time until 25 January 2010. I have found that all the products I have bought so far are excellent and have never had to return anything. Their customer service is second to none and I would recommend buying from them 100%.
