I would never hesitate to recommend QVC, as they stand behind the products they sell 100%. You can return anything you buy within 30 days for a full refund, even if you've used it. If it's proved faulty (which can happen with anything) they will refund the full price including postage, If you just change your mind, then they refund the price only. However, if the item is too heavy to mail and was delivered by courier, they arrange to have it picked up by courier.
Their telephone operatoras are second to none, in my opinion, and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
QVC stands for Quality Value and Convenience, and they certainly appear to live up to their name. I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

Been a customer for years - not one purchase has tracked so far. Had some success with manual claims (2 so far but took ages and still yet to be payable) but have 3 outstanding, one of which has been on the books for 2 months plus. Ever hopeful. Good site though and quick service once Royal Mail get their act together.

One of the best experiences available.You have 30 days to return for any reason.Faulty goods are fully replaced or refunded (two years later in one case for cooks essentials). They take the time to care for customers. I highly recommend them as a totally satisfied customer.

BEWARE! Have purchased from qvc many times, however most of my cashback (even confirmed & paid) has now been taken back!!! Was suddenly negatived!!! I have sent a couple of items back but all my cashback has been taken back!!! Very disappointing as I have always recommended Qvc!

BEWARE! I have purchased from QVC on many occasions and never had a problem before! If I have sent something back it was struck off my cashback before becoming payable. However, they have now even struck off items that I kept! I now have negative cashback confirmed!!!! Very disappointed as I have always championed this company.

Beware! QVC are rejecting dozens of my claims which are all genuine and more than 4 months old. check your account carefully. I now have to claim for them all!!!! No fault to TCB, it's QVc who are being a pain.

Excellent service and fast delivery from QVC. Their returns policy is fanstatic - you can even return the products after you've tried them if they find they don't suit you, so you never lose money by trying products you aren't sure about. I would certainly recommend QVC. Cashback takes a while to be paid, but this is the same for many retailers.
