Purchased this last week. Offer was RAC cover for £28 after cashback the price went down to £5.00. This hasn't tracked but now I've read the small print I've seen cashback not available if paying by Direct Debit!! Offer has now finished. Would have been helpful if Top Cashback had put this higher on the page. It said only available under certain conditions but failed to mention this one!!

Wow that is the fastest tracking I have known. Had an email to say it had tracked within half an hour at the expected amount. It will not pay until end of December. It means my breakdown cover will cost me £26.60 with home start. Excellent

My Cashback got turned down for this merchant even though I bought a fair decent breakdown package with them..Not impressed. Everything was done by the book, all my payments by direct debit came out on time (still do)so no idea why they "decided" to rip me off!

Basic RAC cover for £28 and then down to around a fiver with the cashback. Very pleased. Welcome pack and membership card arrived about a week after I signed up. Not had to use the recovery services yet as I know how to properly maintain a car, but the high cashback amount tempted me to purchase.

My mother has recently tried to cancel her husbands account and got a very hard time from aggressive customer service team.
She explained he was currently in a hospice and could not sign the forms, no sympathy at all. When she said she would have to cancel direct debit they threatened to credit black list her
