Still waiting for my Cashback to appear, after two months. Have started the claim process with Topcash back as was promised £65.00 cashback.
I'll give it one more month and if no money, I'll go to the AA - also the RAC don't seem to bother sticking to a particular date when taking their direct debit.

I notice that this is "deal of the day" today. Anyone thinking of taking this up - don't!! I got RAC Breakdown cover from this site 3 years ago, I am still an RAC customer now. I have been waiting 3 years for my cashback, which RAC refuse to pay out and Topcashback are now saying I will never get and they will no longer chase-up. I am very disappointed with RAC and Topcashback regarding this. My breakdown cover is due in the next couple of weeks, I will be looking elsewhere this time!

I hope I never have to use the service because it is inconvenient if a car breaks down, but the site was easy to use and the price with cashback excellent. My only problem was paying by credit card as the RAC insisted I was using a third party card. I wasn't. My card does not have my full name only initials this somewhat confused the system, it could use being more inteligent. Yes I could have phoned but that might have meant losing cashback.

Was looking for some breakdown cover anyway, and wouldn't go with the AA after previous bad experience so went with RAC. Cashback tracked but then went to £0.00 once payable even though I spent the required amount to qualify. Good quote for breakdown, but rubbish if you actually expect to get the cashback.

Just purchased a RAC car breakdown cover at £66.00. But not quite sure if I have taken the right steps and the purchase has actually gone through your site and your recommended procedures for the cash back, since it was done prior to authenticating my e-mail address and registering my membership to your website.
To a first timer, this is quite difficult to understand as there seems to be no easy way of checking this and your records for purchase do take 3-5 days to update.
Please provide a simple step by step guide for the first timer. And please update the purchase record on account at a much shorter time, perhaps indicating the purchase as "pending clearance".

absolutely rubbish..i purchased top cover on march 10th 2011,with £25 cashback showing to be paid out on 30th july..i have today logged in and it has all dissappeared with payment of cashback cancelled..i left the aa to come to rac,and topcashback cannot look into it for me because its over 100 days since i purchased..so i sit in good faith expecting to be paid in a few weeks and now its dissappeared and no one can trace it for me...cancelling and going back to the aa..

Very disappointed that RAC cashback has not yet tracked some 7 weeks after purchase completed, despite the TCB transaction being completed wholly online and through a new browser window, and with all cookies cleared! Most unhappy.

Arranged for both my breakdown cover and my partner's through RAC/Topcashback and was great service. Both tracked quickly and paid out within 3 months. Very impressed with the bargain we got, as we have effectively paid £5 each for a year's breakdown cover!
To those people who have used the service for the first time and are saying they have heard nothing about payment as yet, you do unfortunately have to be patient waiting for money to become payable with this site, but in my experience they do always pay up.

Cashback did not intially track. Created a ticket with TCB, who sorted it quickly enough. Disappointed as all my other transactions have tracked perfectly.
