Arranged for both my breakdown cover and my partner's through RAC/Topcashback and was great service. Both tracked quickly and paid out within 3 months. Very impressed with the bargain we got, as we have effectively paid £5 each for a year's breakdown cover!
To those people who have used the service for the first time and are saying they have heard nothing about payment as yet, you do unfortunately have to be patient waiting for money to become payable with this site, but in my experience they do always pay up.

Cashback did not intially track. Created a ticket with TCB, who sorted it quickly enough. Disappointed as all my other transactions have tracked perfectly.

Tracked within a couple of days, then appeared as £0.00 when moving to confirmed. Have put in enquiry but so far am waiting for retailer to reply. It is now 3 months since I got my cover, would have joined the AA if I had known.

Tracked ok and paid 3 months later. Best to switch each year though from AA to RAC to get the best benefits.Remember to cancel you DD a month in advance or they'll take the next payment.

I have waited for a year to receive c£65 cashback on my car insurance. I am fed up of waiting and will not be renewing with RAC and advise you to avoid like the plague if you choose them in the hope of getting cashback!

I was promised £65.65 cashback if I spent over £105 on personal based cover. I spent £108 but it only tracked at £10.50 cashback.

Bought breakdown cover qualified for cashback, tracked through quickly but at a lower amount than expected, now have just checked account some 2 weeks later and the amount has been reduced again - I am waiting to see if I actually get any thing. Really annoyed, next time might have to use a competitor!
