	Bought bag end of June 2013, 11 months on I am still waiting for the cashback to be payable. It tracked but has not been paid yet, very slow to pay out.

	Order was delivered quick and purse I brought was a present which friend loved, cashback was also nice but have only just received (end of April) when I brought the item in December. I didn't use company to get cashback so can't complain but don't expect it to come through quicker than it states.

	Be VERY careful. The bag was expensive, and the cashback generous - so I made super-certain to log in correctly. I've been doing this for several years, so I know what to do... I was disappointed, but not surprised, when the cashback did not track. After chasing a few times, it took over 4 months to be informed that Radley claim my transaction originated elsewhere and therefore was not valid. Standard response - the merchant has "robust systems in place". Yeah, right - so robust that when it does not track it takes more than 4 months to reply to the original query/challenge? I don't believe it. It seems to me that if is often more difficult to get bigger purchases with bigger cashback offers via smaller company's paid. Just be careful with this one.

	After waiting 5 months for cashback the claim was rejected as apparently topcashback wasn't used. Rubbish, total rip off and a truly disheartening experience. Why offer cashback then fail to pay?

	Service given by the customer service on the phone was excellent, the purse I ordered came within 2 days which near Christmas is brilliant. Cashback shown on my account within minutes but the Extra10 code given didn't work which was a shame.

	Cashback declined after 8 months - reason given as sale attributed elsewhere although I always ensure all cookies etc are cleared. If considering purchasing goods and cashback is a factor to you in making the purchase decision over others then I would look elsewhere.

	More than happy with my purchase from Radley but have been less than satisfied with their promise of cashback. After waiting an age and having lodge a claim, they have decided to refuse payment. like some of the other reviewers I would if I purchase radley again go via another store.
