I purchased a bag in December 2011. Cashback was estimated to be paid in March 2012.Its now July and still no cashback. Very disappointed considering the fast delivery and acknowledgement of cashback.

Item purchased in Dec 2011, with cashback tracking ok. However, was expected to be paid late March 2012. It is now July and nothing has been received yet. UNsure whether it will, but am not pinning my hopes on it!
Love Radley products but in future would look to buy them from somewhere like Debenhams if I wanted to get cashback on them :(

Finally at last Radley have paid cashback due from Nov. 2010 and Jan. 2011. Do not think that this would have been paid if not for top cashback. Great handbags and accessories but not good at paying prompt cashback
