	After purchasing an experience through this merchant solely due to the cash back offered nothing was received, I then queried this with topcashback who have just got back to me 10 weeks after the initial purchase to say that red letter days will not be processing my cash back claim and have provided no response as to why. I won't be using them in future there are a lot of alternative providers offering the same thing cheaper.

	This merchant offered an exclusive cashback for a limited period of 25% however it only ever tracked and became payable at the standard 13%. I lodged a claim with Topcashback for the outstanding balance - this was over 1 year ago (last September) and I have received my first response from Top Cashback now stating the claim has been declined by Red Letter Days without any reason!! Great site with fantastic experiences but do not trust their special cash back offers!!

	No problems at all. Bought a Junior Ferrari driving day for my daughters birthday (which was brilliant) and the quoted amount of cashback was in my account within days. Excellent

	I was disappointed that the code discounts did not seem to be available when you get to the checkout page. I tried a couple of times but ended up having to pay more than I had expected but as it was a present and I had no more time, I had no option but to pay the full price. At least I got the benefit of Top Cash Back which is always nice. Thanks for helping me to make a bit of a saving.

	This was my first cashback purchase...the cashback was quickly recorded and has been equally quickly paid. I can't rate the product, as it was a gift for someone else, but the packaging etc looked as good as expected

	Warning: check prices direct with supplier and with other experience gift sites before ordering - Red Letter days is very overpriced. For example, the Bridge Bungee Jump in Middlesbrough is £73 on Red Letter Days but only £50 to £60 on other sites (into the blue, buy a gift, boys stuff) or £60 direct with supplier.
