Fast tracking and payment received within the time specified. Overall a good experience. Would like Red Letter Days to offer slightly higher levels of cashback since they do tend to be more highly priced than other "experience day" companies like buy-a-gift for example.

Not happy that cashback has tracked as £0.00 instead of 17.17%... had to email the voucher code published here for extra the 10% so it seems now they are deciding to honour that and not the 17.17%... nice. Would have preferred both or at least the other way round...
