I lost a £131.75 e-voucher due to mistakes they made! Do not recommend.

RSH refused my last payout - no reason given - glitchy Web site. Will be looking elsewhere. You have been warned :(

Most purchases have tracked and been paid after some delay, but one from May 2013 is still sitting in "confirmed" after more than a year - support ticket raised.

VERY slow to pay cashback. Almost a year later and it's moved to 'confirmed' but still not payable! A YEAR!!!

Quickly tracked and paid. Used a few times, easy website to use with plenty of benefits over its rivals including points. Well worth using if you are buying train tickets.

Still waiting for cashback. I've only been waiting since May 2013!

Excellent service, reliable cashback tracking. The one time I had a problem they sorted it out quickly. I only ever use other train sites if there's some weird special offer that doesn't appear on RSH.

I love RSH. They're always giving discount codes and it certainly helps when you travel by train a lot. On top of that, they give cashback as well so that's great. I just received my first set of cashback from them. It took a while but it has finally become payable. Overall, I always use them and the cashback is decent as well.

always tracks but never pays. Positive comments probably bogus feedback by RSh people.

Beware - 2nd Jan 2014 all my loyalty points were removed "removal of expired points". Small print has been changed and they expire at the end of a year now. Very unimpressed. However, transactions do seem to track OK via TCB and in my experience pay much quicker than a certain other UK cashback site.

Don't use this retailer. I booked train ticket but upon confirmation part of the journey was different option (there were 2 options and it gave me the option I didn't click). I have spent 2 days trying to get someone to answer the phone and sent numerous emails. None responded to. Has red spotted hanky gone out of business that there is no one checking their emails ( sent using the contact us button on their website). Cheap tickets, not really as eastmidlands trains were cheaper on my journey ONLY USE IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE IGNORED WHEN TICKETS ARE PRINTED WRONG NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible performance by redspottedhanky. I've got outstanding payments due from 9 months ago.

5 stars to warn others of loyalty points pitfall . Hi , the loyalty points awarded for buying tickets from R.S.H only last 6 months now instead of a 3years , I went to use mine and they had disappeared ! , gutted ! , especially after recommending so many people to them , emailed them and they said they had changed the small print, but didn't think it necessary to email or tell loyal customers like me , nice ! :@(

BE WARNED! In my experience the cashback tracks very quickly and accurately - but they don't pay out. I've got over 10 transactions showing, as far back as 20th May (8mths) with no sign of cash. By all means use them - they are otherwise good - but don't hold your hopes out for a payout!

RSH has a very odd and quirky website, which still has bugs, and cookies that revert to the wrong user when you log in as a second person! But it is well worth persisting. I like it for:- * their own loyalty scheme (=1% off travel etc) * 1-2% cashback * no booking fees * no post charge for tickets * various games & promos that give £££'s worth of value

5 months on and my cashback still hasn't been paid - poor! That's a shame, because I actually prefer Red Spotted Hanky to Trainline.com, as they don't charge a booking fee just before checkout.

Now eight months with no sign of cashback moving to payable. Once again I will resort to contacting the merchant directly to chase this up.

Excellent. I switched to using Red Spotted Hanky after South West Trains (who offer a higher cashback), stopped tracking any of my transactions. Red Spotted Hanky does not charge any booking fees, provide free first class delivery (or collection from train station) and exceptionally fast tracking. All my transactions (about 10 so far) have been tracked within the hour. Furthermore, Red Spotted Hanky's website also has an additional loyalty system. Loyalty points can be redeemed with various vendors, and if redeemed on train fares equate to the equivalent of 1% "cashback", bringing the total cashback up to 2.5% which is much more competitive than 1.51%!! I am very happy with their customer service to date, now I just need to wait for the cashback to be paid :D

Always tracks and pays very quickly. 1.57% is a bit poor though!

Used RSH for the first time this Thursday purely because they do not charge fees etc., the cash back was an extra bonus. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN! Booked for one adult and one child to go to London, booking process fine, but when I got the confirmation email my seat are not together (16A and 20A going, coming back they are 24A and 29A) I immediately rang customer service to get this changed but was told it had to go to another department and would take 48hrs. Not happy with this I also emailed RSH which was read at 9.45am on Friday but I am still waiting for a reply, (Saturday) When I got home on Friday the tickets had arrived (quick delivery) but with no change in the seating!!! Surely when you book tickets for an adult and a child to travel together it makes common sense to seat them together. I will not be using RSH again their customer service is awful.
