	Dont bother with this lot - refused cash back. TopCashBack dont fair any better as I specifically asked what the reason was and they refused the request - hence allowing the merchant to refuse a genuine claim.

	Fantasy = 20.2% cashback. Reality = zero % cashback. Be warned: RescueMyCar.com do not honor their cashback. I waited 5 months just to get fobbed off by them. Get your act together RescueMyCar.co TopCashback
	Cashback did not track - no surprise there, have now got message from TCB saying my claim has been refused due to me not adhering to term and conditions. As usual no explanation given - so I have no idea what I did wrong. Big thumbs down all round.

	This was a straight forward purchase via TCB. No payment as I hadn't met some criteria. I think this is some form of con trick to get your business.

	don't expect the full cashback with this company I was expecting £4 but instead got 40 pence I wont be using this company again after my membership lapsesat first there was no ay out but after my appeal I was left with a pittance of 40 pence NOT WORTH DOING BUISINESS WITH

	Just to to get the facts strait about the £40 excess, The first £40 of any claim made within 72 hours of cover being purchased. Just bought this policy to early to make other comments.

	Very poor cashback experiance. Took out new policy via online site but cash back was rejected. They decided to say I bough the policy from somewhere else, no proof or name of other merchants given.

	I can highly recommend Rescue my Car. Cashback tracked and was paid quickly, customer service was good when I broke down and didn't have my details with me and repair man was there within the hour! Will use them again (as a new customer of course to get the cash back).

	Cashback tracked as expected until it finally moved to the payable column when suddently it showed zero. No reason I can think of as I definately purchased. Now I have had to put in a missing cashback claim and it has been put on ice for over a month! Not happy!!

	bought two policies one for myself and one for my parents. neither tracked in my cashback after months of querying the transaction i get told that they will not be paying out as the discount has been claimed by another service - very disappointed with the merchant

	Never received cashback and also called to close my policy after finding a better deal. SCARY THING WAS - even though I had paid extra for printed policy documents with my policy number and they charged my credit card - so I definitely bought/paid for their service... their customer advisor on the phone could find no records of my policy - said it didnt exist. Ended up could not cancel policy as nothing to cancel apparentley ! So I'm fifty quid worse off with no service. Thank goodness I never tried to use them - especially if I had actually broken down somewhere. Finally - even though you pay for the policy as an annual lump sum - no refund/rebate if you decide to cancel after the first 2 weeks of policy - RIP OFF !!!

	Didn't track and when I lodged a claim, 6 months later it was rejected - will not use these again and hopefully won't have to use them for my policy either! not impressed.

	Tracked and paid out quickly but that is only half the story. We phoned them for service when our windscreen wiper and arm fell off our car during the recent snow only to be told that we were not covered for this and that we should drive to a garage to get it repaired. The roads were wet and slushy with lots of spray covering the windscreen from vehicles travelling in both directions. Very poor advice(I think driving with only one wiper working on the passengers side is also illegal). We paid for a garage to come and fix the problem and I have since emailed rescuemycar.com asking for an explanation but they have never replied.

	bought Recovery Cover with this merchant.Brilliant cashback-arrived within a couple of days.Not used the Breakdown Service as yet,so cannot comment on service but has good reviews on net.Had to phone customer service with query on policy and they were polite and sorted out issue straight away.Impressed so far.

	Something strange with these reviews for RescueMyCar on TCB. Virtually nothing negative. Take a look at the reviews here http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews-all-116736.html and it paints quite a different picture. I am mighty suspicious and would like TCB to confirm that that haven't removed any negative comments.

	All tracked, swiftly and correctly, however the payment is still outstanding a week later, despite of them confirming the payment date. As for the quality of their service, I am not in a position to comment. It is a breakdown cover that I have not needed to date.
