	great price for the breakdown service i purchased compared to rac/aa etc. But the customer service is poor i did not recieve my policy details/ confirmation ie member number etc by email even though the money went from my account and took 3 days of on/off phone calls speaking to 3 different customer service staff before i eventually got my policy details/confirmation. The cost of the calls means i most likely spent what i saved on the calls.

	After reading the reviews on here I decided to go with Rescue, the quote for what I wanted was excellent value, I purchased on Easter Sunday and two days later was showing as tracked. Will use again next year if price is right.

	Tracked extremely quick,very good cover offered at a very competitive price made even cheaper by the cashback on offer. This appears to be a bargain.

	Cashback confirmed within a week, the faster ever I have experienced and a great product too. Good value for money compared to the RAC and AA as Rescue my Car include a tow to your destination or home if required (not just to the nearest garage like the RAC or AA do on their budget policys).

	No problems with the purchase and the cash back was paid without any problems. I cannot comment on the service as, thank goodness, I've not had a breakdown. At the moment I would choose them again as they came in much cheaper than my previous breakdown cover without taking the cash back into account, in fact they were the cheapest quote on line. Time will tell if it was a good choice!

	Tracked very quickly at the correct amount. Briefly confirmed at £0 but then reverted to the correct figure after raising with TopCashBack. Became payable at the correct amount within the expected time. Good cashback on a well priced policy.

	Took a risk and thought that I wouldn't see anything but was pleased to see it tracked quickly and paid quickly. It goes to show that the companies you don't know much about are far more reliable than the big ones.

	Used this for breakdown insurance for my car. No problems at all with the transaction, everything was straight forward, just going to see if the confirmed cash back gets paid. As with any insurance, you can only find out how good they are when you need them!

	Quick Cashback……Cashback went to pending within 24 hours and became payable 2 months later. I have heard good things about rescue my car but cannot personally comment about breakdown service as I have not had to contact them as yet.

	Really quick and the cheapest breakdown cover I ahve come across + cashback makes it even better. I was waiting for a while while completing the form online and helpdesk called me to answer my question. Really pleased with that....

	Tracked within the estimated average time. Hard copy documents rather than e-mailed confirmation cost a little extra but this is explained before you buy. One of the cheapest quotes available for the full cover, and cashback makes it even better.

	I started going through the quote process, and I hadn't even had time to enter my payment details before someone was calling the mobile number I had given just a few moment earlier. It is really unfortunate that this company invaded my privacy so quickly after obtaining my details, as they had provided a very good quote which I would have accepted. I don't do business where I'm likely to be hassled by marketing, so on this occasion I won't be purchasing their products. If you just want to save money, then these quotes are probably a bargain buy even without the cashback. If you value your privacy, perhaps you need to look elsewhere and be prepared to pay a little more.
