I can see why this company pay good cashback. The reason been is they dont pay out when a claim is made. We had the same accident and the same level of insurance. The first time they paid out but this time they are not paying. The claim will be put to the appropriate Ombudsman and an email will be written to complain about the attitude of their claims staff - Apply if you want cashback, Dont if you will be making a claim in the future!

Further to my comment on 18/02/12 cashback has now turned up and become payable. So some insurance companies are honourable after all, but not the AA.

Bought buildings and contents insurance in January,decent deal, failed to track,sent nudge on the 12 Feb as of yet no response. Insurance companys do not like honouring cashback agreements having had a similar experience with the AA. Avoid.

Looks to be good insurance at very reasonable cost. Easy to set up via their website, immediate cover, just what I needed--low cost contents cover.

I have tried twice to get a quote for house / contents insurance.
Nothing fancy or out of the way needed.
Nothing exspensive needed covering.
Just ordinary cover needed.
I have never ever claimed on any insurance.
Both times it has said I needed to phone them as they could not quote me.
Why do I have to give all my particulars, which they then have, and then not give me a quote?
Guess who will not be getting my business?

So far so good. Home insurance policy contents and buildings Purchased at competitive price Monday and appears as pending on Wednesday. Email from Topcashback advised me added which is a good thing. I will post again once cashback received.

Competitive quote so bought house insurance.
Used Firefox Mozilla. No problems with quote.
Paid by credit card, then got screen asking for dates of other insurances, did not fill it in and pressed continue.......got lots of network activity then message saying... We are experiencing some technical difficulties with your quote. Please call us........... quoting ref .......
Called RIAS, they could not find my quote or policy. They asked me to check my email......had email comfirming I had paid for my policy. Hopefully it will turn up in the post in a few days.
As for cashback......that will probably take a while. Maybe I will post progress later.

After the problems on the site which has now been resolved, I have now received my cashback in full from Rias. I have found Rias excellent to deal with, with outstanding customer service. Their insurance quotations are lower than any other quotes I've found and I would fully recommend them to all Top Cashback users.

Me too, its really starting to irritate me now as I paid for the insurance in full not in monthly instalments, therefore I thought the cashback payment would be quicker. Its so frustrating!!!!

Purchased insurance from Rias mid Feb and I am still waiting for Rias to even acknowledge the purchase in mid April. Topcashback are chasing Rias for me. I also had to hassle Rias to get them to send me the documants relating to the insurance.
