I completed my quote but there was an error on the direct debit page and therefore couldn't complete my transaction. As the quote was so competitive I rang them the following morning and explained and I finished my transaction over the phone. They assured me I would still receive my cashback. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to be tracked.
I did inform them of the problem people were having so hopefully they will do something about it.

Just to say that the 2nd page quoted elsewhere IS complete, though you have to use the mouse to scroll down to see the hidden part. Or it was that way for me, anyway! However, the end quote was too high for me, so I didn't buy after all.
