	Stay away from this company - * DO NOT USE * They said I had cancelled my insurance or did not go ahead with purchase even though 8 months later I still have the policy. Not again, I will stay away from this company.

	Only gave this 5 star so my post would be noticed. I have been chasing my cashback for over a year and nothing has happened. I would suggest you do NOT use this company if you hope to get any cashback.

	They simply do not pay cashback, despite the fact that it tracked within a few days. What a farce...won't be using echoice/RSA again

	No problems with the insurance, but now OVER 12 months and no cash back received. Has been confirmed for months, but never paying out!!!

	Cashback not arrived since my purchase in January 2013. Top Cash Back are still chasing this. I would not use this insurance firm again.

	Firstly, I didn't receive any cashback from this company. Secondly, I only found out after I received my insurance certificate that I was not covered to drive other vehicles - something I've always had on my insurance policies as a matter of course previously. I dread to think what their customer service is like if you make a claim but given the two issues above they are certainly not as cheap as they appear and I will never use them (or any other 'variety' of MoreThan) again.

	Took out two policies - Never got cashback from merchant on either of them. Topcashback were no help - submitted claim and still got nothing. Don't expect cashback to be paid by this merchant.

	NOW JUST ENTERING THE 10TH MONTHS SINCE IT TRACKED(TCB TOLD ME TO EXPECT 21 WEEKS TO PAY), HAVE PUT IN TICKETS BUT NOTHING FROM RSA OR TCB. AVOID.

	Nearly a year now and still no cashback. Did track at £0 for a while. but this transaction now moved to 'completed' as I asked for payment of other received funds. Excellent insurance product, but poor cashback experience.

	Finally received my cashback. Had to put in a claim, as it became payable at £00.00. Looks like a good cashback, if you're willing to wait 10 months. So did make a very cheap insurance, in the end!

	Cashback didn't track, but after follow up, is now showing as payable after 6 months from purchase. RSA customer service isn't the best, but their quote was cheaper than many others. The cashback makes up for the poor customer service! Thanks Topcashback team!

	Terrible, has not tracked yet and its been over a month since i purchased the insurance. Although marginally cheaper than other insurers the fact that they have not honoured there cashback leaves a bitter taste.

	Awful, have been waiting 9 months and no sign of cashback. I will not be buying my next car insurance with this company again & would suggest that you look elsewhere. I am very disappointed and this has affected me using TCB as often as I previously did.

	I only gave top marks so this would sit at the top of the page and not get buried. It should be bottom marks. 7 months in and still cashback not payable. Even TCB have acknowledged there is a problem. Don't get sucked in they are useless. AVOID !AVOID! AVOID!

	Very good price to insure my car. But its close to a year now and no sign, of any cash back from the merchant. I've lost count of the number of nudges, I've sent to top cashback regarding this matter. Expected better from a company owned by Royal & Sun Alliance.

	Unfortunately this was the worst experience that I've had using Top Cash Back. Originally accepted the quote over a year ago and was messed around with regards to sending all my documents just to take out the insurance. Was not tracked so submitted a claim, took a year to follow up and have now been told that the merchant will not pay the cash back and won't give a reason. Do not recommend this merchant.

	Beware. I took out a policy in November and did not get any cashback. I received a notification of cashback £0.00,but I did not discover this until the 100 days had elapsed, so no comeback. Maffs

	Well, shocked as just received payment! Had given up. Keep chasing if you have problems and you might be successful as well. Problems happen but at least resolved.
