Pre-order Samsung S24 Ultra - Purchased
As always, Samsung is my go to brand and my go to product was the all new S24 Ultra.
Easy service from them. Paid in full and was delivered on time, as usual with no issues.
My only downside was for some reason Top cashback have not accepted my purchase even though it's all there correctly on the earnings page. Currently waiting a response.
This is the only let down to the service as a whole. Hopefully this is rectified. Many thanks. James

Stolen my 3 phone I sent bac on complaint 5th empty
Total refund due to 320
I call to say why I have not received a refund for my s23 ultra and fold 5 I tb when first came out.
I was sent 3 return labels which i used at the post office. But Samsung only gave me 3 potal labels. One was a cubicle. The post recipient. Where only allowed two postal boxes as Samsung only gave me twice. have . two boxes for. But the postal office staff member took out my fold 5 1tb brand new 2k and put it in with the other duplicate given. The phone has been blocked by Samsung and sent off for a refund. The Samsung galaxy s23 was sent but no refund given or important information while staff members and using the return as given. So I'm owed 3600.
Please listen to my car. I have been calling to complaint. The 3 ladies hadn't got back to me I'm Over 6 months.
I'm not well I could have 5 years to live.
The phones have definitely co.me down. I want to have thia in writing. Please everyone shows nt call back. Or do their job. Listen to all my calls. There is a real problem with telecoms services. Most postal and don't exempt to lie. You have not even got back to me in 6 months. I had spend more another 1400 pounds which you I didn't need but because you stolen my phones amd kept me q¹q¹qq it a dozen times each month 8,qq

Declined £79.99 cashback
I had my cashback declined. Asked for a reason. Didn't clear my cache\cookies. Yet a purchase I made a few days later the exact same way for £50 I received my £1.80 cashback. I wouldn't bother trying again to purchase anything with big cashback. I could have bought my s24 through currys and used my friends discount code and got it cheaper. I did it through topcashback to get my £79.99! Do not recommend!
