Excellent cashback experience
As I have the Top Cashback app installed on Google Chrome, I never have to think about going through the site - as long as I'm on a retailer who is part of TCB, I automatically get the cashback. So with Samsung, it was easy as pie!

Waste of time
Have made 2 orders about 1 week apart one tracked, but curiously, the one from when they were offering 20% cashback didn't track. Nothing changed at my end, followed the same process I normally would for any other retailer, so I've been duped out of c. £100 cashback. Customer Service haven't helped at all.

Does not want to credit purchases to TopCashback
Placed a sizeable order with Samsung via TopCashback - cashback didn't track (even though the entry appeared on the claim list). Disgraceful behaviour from Samsung, and has caused me to miss out on over £140.

Tracked and then declined cashback on large cashback. Made a separate purchase for something of smaller value. The £1 odd cash back paid no questions asked for that. AVOID

Cashback declined on Samsung S24+
I ordered a Samsung S24+ using the specific link on TCB stating a cashback of up to 20% which should have amounted to £180. This did not track and when queried with customer services at TCB they said I must have clicked the wrong link and the cashback was declined. I do feel the product specific links that claim extra cashback are very misleading and based on other reviews hardly work. Based on this disappointing experience I refuse to use TCB for any Samsung purchases going forward.

Refused to pay out
Samsung declined the cashback claim. It wasn't a huge amount, but still would have been nice to have it in my pocket. Based on other reviews it would appear that this is a regular occurrence with Samsung. They tempt you in with promises of cashback but then don't like to honour it, making spurious suggestions that the sale was attributed to 'another marketing channel'.

Initially tracked correctly then it has been rejected, after 1 month ticket they said I won't be paid. Not recomennded,I just lost 160 pounds...

Still waiting for cashback
Made a large purchase of S24 Ultra phone on 14th Feb that they were offering 15% cashback over. Worried as it didn't track on the site so immediately lodged it with customer services. Still waiting for the cashback to come in.
