	Rubbish Booked my ticket, took the return journey from Kirknewton to Waverley and declined. Meets all requirements and hasn't paid. Wouldn't bother and will look to book thorugh other third party if possible

	Pretended that my order was 'cancelled' I made a valid return journey in Scotland which fulfilled all of ScotRail's requirements for cashback. ScotRail declined to pay cashback as, according to them, the order was 'cancelled'.

	No problems at all Tracked no problem, couple of hours, correct amount and, paid in 4 days! I've not even made the journey yet, going in 2 weeks from now. (Booked early to see if it was cheaper). Seems to work fine for some and not at all for others. Wonder if it's some "settings" problem?

	Always decline even though tracked and valid Claim tracks but they always decline it. Had to raise each time with customer service and Scotrail say 'Order cancelled, returned, part returned or exchanged' even though it was a valid return ticket, meets all their conditions and ticket was used, not cancelled, returned, part-returned or exchanged. Just an excuse not to pay out.

	Sometimes fine, sometimes rubbish Scotrail will do cash back and decline lots for who knows why. Hit and miss.

	Never tracks Sometimes pays out when it does track, but rarely tracks despite journeys made in Scotland. Better off buying Scottish journeys on another site that has working cashback.

	Never traces Years ago when it offered cashback for all journeys, it didn't trace. Last year it offered cashback for Scottish journeys, it didn't trace. Today I travel in Scotland again with a ticket bought yesterday, it didn't trace as well.

	Never trace my order I have been used to book train tickets every week since April, but never show a single record on my account so I have to claim missing cashback every time. They're all operated by Scotrail, travelling withing Scotland, and it's not seasonal ticket or purchase with discount code or what.

	Have had to raise a claim for every single purchase I have had to raise a manual claim for every single purchase as it hasn't been added automatically at all. Bit of an annoyance.

	Payable much quicker than most and tracked every time Everytime I've needed to buy train tickets I've bought directly from scotrail via the topcashback link. Cashback has always tracked almost immediately and payable very quickly (under 2 weeks). It quickly adds up.

	Randomly declines transactions Regularly have to raise customer service tickets for declined transactions, despite tickets being fully purchased within the terms and trips fully undertaken. Sometimes payment is eventually made but also had the response "Order cancelled, returned, part returned or exchanged" from Scotrail, none of which had occurred. So overall fairly unreliable.
