Applied to transfer electricity supplier in January - has all gone according to plan without any fuss (approx. 6 - 8 weeks). Cashback pending at time of writing. Customer services are extremely helpful and friendly if you need to call them and from my point of view have honoured their obligations in a timely and efficient manner.

The initial changing over to the company has been painful so far they have contacted me with all the info that I needed to proceed with the switch over but it appears that the switch over will be done over a six week period.
