I used TCB to switch to Scottish Power last year and got £62 back OK. I left Scottish Power in the autumn because they wanted to increase my direct debit payments by £50 per month even though I was in credit on both accounts, I think they think they are a bank and not a power company, still good for a cash back.

Not a good experience for me. Changed to Duel Fuel back in August, payment showed as pending fairly quickly and stayed there for a while but then got crossed out for no apparent reason and showed as £0. Tried to file a missing claim but it was too late so I had to bypass the claim system and write to TCB explaining the circumstances. They agreed to accept a missing commission claim but since then it has taken ages. Finally today (7 January) after 6 months the £62 is back showing on my account but I now have to wait for it to be confirmed..... Not holding my breath!

Very pleased with the amount of the cashback. Took several months but I assume that was because they were waiting until I had paid a sufficient amount to cover the cashback.
