	Non-paying. Changed rate between time of click-through and submitting a claim, and then declined the claim in any case. Will not use again.

	Two transactions tracked okay and then recently went declined for no good reason. I have a 100% record of reclaiming missing cashback so I know that these transactions were legitimate but I can't be bothered to claim this time as it's for about £1.50 and I'm not that desperate for the cash! I recently had a problem with declined cashback with B & Q which was eventually resolved. Now, I don't think it's a coincidence that B & Q and Screwfix are both owned by the Kingfisher group. Personally, I will still shop at B & Q and Screwfix if they are offering what I want at a reasonable price, but I won't be bothering with going via TopCashBack any more, it's not worth the effort. I've told TopcashBack about this and if this behaviour is affecting their business then they will do something about it, but it's up to them.

	Don't hold your breath, 3 times they've said now some one else tracked when I've gone thro the right link and checked tracking before payment. SCREW U WOULD BE MORE ADAPT :-(

	Cashback declined for no reason. I only honestly only chose Screwfix because of the cashback they offered. I'll go for the more convenient option next time.

	A new branch has just opened in my Town. I was going to buy some bits from them anyway so the less travel was a bonus to start with. I always check the stock levels online before going and I'm glad I did as some of the most basic bits needed to be ordered into store for collection the next day. I hope this is due to being a new store and they are still sorting out the stock levels. The items I purchased are all up to the same quality I am used to from Screwfix. Add this to the caskback from here and I can't fault the online experience as it saved me an extra trip to collect the order and cashback to boot.
