	Well, Screwfix are now added to my list of "Retailers I'll never use" - and all for the sake of 64p cashback. Their loss in the long run. They declined my claim with "Credited to another merchant" - I'm no idiot, I know how to use TCB - the fact it tracked here, was all I needed to know it was definitely made through this site. I'll be avoiding these cowboys like the plague from now on and would suggest you do the same.

	Bought £100 item Aug 11, logged missing claim and nudge till now. Now its 2013, Screwfix declined cashback claiming 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Ok Ok, I understand they need my few pennies to support their balance sheets. Why cannot tcb track the probability of pay out from cheats like these, so we all can steer clear of them.

	Very very disappointed put an order through for £597.91 to screwfix. Submitted a missing claim back in March 2012. Surprise surprise had an email to check my claim and it's been declined. 0/5 Screwfix Direct. Very disappointed at the length of time it has taken to sort this out.

	I was going to order from Screwfix anyway due to good price, then checked TCB and saw that I could claim cashback on it. Ordered it through TCB cashback tracked and has been payed.

	Bought jetwash 21 aug 11, took this long for screwfix to decline the cashback even though i ordered via tcb website. very disappointed, what the point of cashback!!!.

	Dont bother - after 9 months, and having to file a claim I got “Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant”. Although I did and had all evidence to support the fact.

	Excellent retailer and they do pay cashback if you buy the correct items. It is quite difficult to tell if things are included or not though so i just put everything through and hope for the best. For example is a lightbult part of a kitchen item? could be? worth a punt anyway.

	This merchant has not paid out cashback on 2 separate occasions - even though I tracked the transaction. Screwfix's excuse was 'didn't meet their terms and conditions'. Won't be using this merchant any more

	Used them beforee and good experience, but last TWO cashbacks tracked OK and then went to £0.00. They seem to have decided they are no longer giving cashback. AVOID

	Not clear in Cashback pages that only kitchen & something else was eligible . I bought a cordless drill. If it had not tracked initially , I would have returned it within 7 days & got it at B&Q on Wednesday !!!!

	BUYER BEWARE - this is a misleading retailer for cashback. With me, they waited over 100 days after tracking before confirmation, during which time they changed their eligibility criteria, and then confirmed as £0.00! Products were OK and were delivered roughly on time, though finish quality was a bit lacking and packaging wasn't brilliant (resulting in some warping of supposedly flat and even shelves, with sharp dangling bits underneath) - the appeal had been that with the cashback offered at the time they became more price-appealing. Not worth the bump that association with TopCashback gives them, especially with the dubious activity!

	Absolute rubbish, all cashbacks so far have been zeroed. Have stopped using screwfix completely, have used other merchants such as tooled up and have received cashback without any problems at all.

	I'm another TCB user that's having problems with cashback! Initially all seemed to be going well with the full amount tracking until it became payable then it shows as £0.00. Screwfix are now only showing cashback on Kitchens & Bathrooms (I'm sure it was on everything when I placed the order) - could Screwfix be switching offers and not honouring previous deals??
