Cashback tracked almost immediately and was paid out within a couple of weeks. Excellent. Customer service with screwfix is great as I had to swap it in store for something, which was done with no quibbles on the spot

Quick cash back tracking but very poor service by retailer. Advertised 7 day delivery but delivered 7 days late due to supplier issues. Did not bother to let me know either, and received generic unhelpful e-mail response in response to complaint.

Ordered goods pm Thurs, delivered noon on Friday! Just one minor winge-goods not packed very well ie box too large for contents which therefore moved around in transit slightly tearing box and someone could easily have inserted hand and removed part of contents. Otherwise great service!
