The cashback has come through OK, but the buying experience was quite painful. I bought 2 radiators from them When I ordered them the delivery time was 7 days. However, after 7 days I asked where my rads were, to be told that they'd changed the del. time to 14 days !!! No 'phone call to warn me or anything, they just left me waiting. This held up my builders and will cost me extra....more than the cashback I suspect.
