despite it tracking, it has yet to go to confirmed and it has been more than 3 months since I ordered with them. I think it is unacceptable that merchants are allowed to do this, if they aren't prepared to pay up, then they should really be removed.

anyone have received cashback from this retailer?? track very fast, but purchased not validated even after a few months. supposed to received the validation and payment in october. but nothing happened.

Tracked quickly but goods take ages for delivery. Bought something on Jan 6 and it says delivery won't happen before Jan 26. What's more, they charge your credit card when you put the order thru, unlike many shops who don't charge your credit card until dispatch!
