Always declined, no reason given,
Cashback is always declined. Plus the "your brands£ discount they offer doesn't always work and if you try and contact customer services they just try and sell you something else. I just go to the direct retailers now

Very pleased with my Sephora transaction. I bought an Oral B toothbrush on 24th January. Toothbrush arrived on the 27th and my cashback came through less than three weeks later. Simple and easy.

No tracking
I had to make an appeal to TopCashBack to raise a non-tracking claim, and even then Sephora declined to pay me. TopCashBack sorted out my payment directly due to the size of my order. I recommend avoiding Sephora completely. But do reconcile your online orders with your account on here as less than 30% of online purchases ever track for me.
