Hard work. Been with them for a great number of years and they have got worse. Cashback doesn't track if you pay via Klarna. Nor do they pay out if you use their loyalty scheme.

Average because when I first started shopping with feel unique the cash back was always paid quickly. Since offering higher percentages it seems to be taking so much longer for the cash to be paid. Shame.
