	I have ordered flowers twice and chocolates once from Serenata. Neither flowers nor chocolates were for me but the recipient was very pleased. I'm not happy that I have had to chase cashback for all three orders. The third order has apparently been declined. I'm not sure if I will be placing any further orders, I'd rather not have the hassle of the time it took chasing the cashback that I did receive.

	I've ordered several times from this merchant - they do really good flowers but NEVER pay cashback. I've had four transactions track at £0.00, despite ordering well over £200 of flowers. Like I say, great flowers though. Just very disappointed with the cashback experience.

	Awful flowers, came in a box, nothing like the picture. Cashback tracked quickly then changed to £0 when payable. I won't be using them again and I hope that this post encourages people to do the same.

	Poor flowers. Offered 10% discount when I called to complain about them as they were a gift for my Mother for Mothers Day. I din not take the refund. Would not use again. Very poor.

	The VAT element seems to have been omitted in the calculation of the cashback, and indeed from the amount recorded as paid

	Flowers OK for the price but not brilliant. Cashback eventually came but had to chase up via TCB dispute process. Overall would rate as average but would probably use someone else next time.

	Terrible. Would highly NOT recommend...used to purchase flowers as gift in December 2011. The claim did not track then Serenata denied that I ever made the purchase despite submitting the order number and softcopy invoice (both of which I still have) to both TCB and Serenata customer service. I have still not received a response from Serenata. Typical British customer service (or lack of).

	Ordering was easy, as was choosing a delivery date. Prices were good. Cashback tracked within 24 hours and paid out in ~6 weeks. Can't comment on the quality of the product as they were a gift.

	Commplete nightmare avoid!!! Just been declined saying the order was cancel which is a load of rubbish and it has taken since march for them to respond!

	If sent as a gift the recipient will probably say the flowers are lovely as it would be rude to say otherwise. However one of my purchases was delivered to my home and I was quite disappointed with the quality.

	One of three purchases did not track cash back. I submitted a claim but as with others Serenta claim that topcashback was not the last referrer which is complete rubbish.

	Did not track cash back for either purchase I made with them. I submitted a claim with Topcashback but Serenta have said that Topcashback was not the last referrer and so I have not been paid. Do not use if you want cash back.

	Cash back didn't track which was a bit disappointing. The flowers were very good but they didn't deliver on the day i paid for. Contacted them and they gave me a refund on the delivery. Good customer service but don't use this merchant if you want cash back.

	The flowers never were delivered on the arranged day, even though ordered early enough.Also they had contact telephone numbers & email if there was a problem? But no one got in touch. No explanation as to why the flowers were not delivered? Would not recommend!

	If you look on review sites, you'll see that they are flooded with complaints about the service from Serenata Flowers. I had a terrible experience with them. I contacted their Ecommerce Manager, Peter Ahl, and despite promising he'd help me he never responded to my emails or phone calls. I tried to contact him over 20 times in total. I didn't get my order.
