Very easy to deal with all round Merchant & Cashback quick turnaround, quality product for the price bear in mind not to price/size of for example Interflora, but prices are very keen to reflect this.

Serenata seems to be a bit hit or miss. I am still waiting on my first purchase to track, whilst 2 subsequent orders have tracked (and paid) with no problem. I did use a discount code, but it was one supplied by TCB, and the other transactions went through with discount codes also. Manual claim is still current so just have to keep nudging... All recipients of flowers have been delighted with goods however, so will continue to use.

The birthday flowers I ordered for my mum were awful. Not one of the lillies were open, no roses (as there should have been) and only a few floppy gerberas, the foliage was pretty sparse. These were meant to be worth £24.99 (they had £5 off so I paid £19.99) but frankly I could have done better with a £10 bunch from Tesco. On the whole a very disappointing experience and I have cancelled my mother-in-laws birthday flowers. In my cancellation email I referred to how disappointed I was with the first order and they didn't even respond to my comments at all. Great customer service that, not.

Have received flowers through this company, only for them to be dull, boring and die within a week = never had this from any other florist, have told my brother not to use this florist again.

My mum's birthday flowers arrived on the day they said, so no problems there, but she sent a photo of what was sent and frankly I could have done better with a £10 bunch from Tesco. I ordered a £19.99 bunch, on offer with £5 off, and what a disappointment. There were very few open gerberas and the lillies were all closed, not much foliage and only 1 rose. It looks very very sparse indeed. I don't really see how this justifies £19.99, or even the £24.99 it was supposed to be worth. I had also ordered some for my mother-in-law whose birthday is in a week's time but I'm going to have to cancel them, such is my disappointment with what turned up. The cashback doesn't make a difference to my decision, they were that bad.

The flowers arrived on time and my friend said they were absolutely beautiful. I found the site very informative and user-friendly, with good offers and some unusual arrangements. I will definitely use Serenata again. The cashback tracked within a couple of days (not sure exactly how quicky - it was there the next time I logged on)

Ordered three bouquets, and the response from the recipients was somewhat muted. I was later told the flowers had been disappointing... having seen a photo they were certainly not as lovely as suggested by the site pictures.

The funeral flowers I ordered were beautiful. All the flowers were fresh and high quality, just as pictured on their website. They were delivered to the funeral directors on time, exactly as ordered, with a lovely handwritten message. I ordered late at night and they rang me first thing in the morning to confirm my order. I would definitely use this company again.

I have used Serenata in the past for UK deliveries and have had no problems. However, I recently used them for a delivery to a family member in Arizona because they state that they use local florists to fulfil orders.....this is not true! The flowers were delivered in a box from Miami, FL! Whilst the flowers might have been ok, I would not pay a premium for flowers delivered in this manner and will not be using them again.

I have ordered flowers from this retailer twice in the last week and can not fault the service. The first flowers were next day postal delivery, for someone in a nursing home, so can not be to sure about them, as they live to faraway. But today I ordered same day delivery, with a local florist and within 2 hours I received a phone call thanking me and telling me how beautiful they were.I used a cashback discount code on the first order andf was given a 10% discount code for my next order, both of which worked and they both tracked within 2hours of the order being placed. Just waiting to see if they pay out now.

missed 12 noon timeslot (which was paid for) customer service offered no apologises just "we'll refund that and phone down" when chasing flowers at 3 pm 3 hours after they should of arrived was told that there was no way of getting in touch with courier as they dont have mobiles so they'll arrive when they arrive. Good cashback rate but customer service and delivery is a bit dubious

First time ordering from Serenata, I bought the twilight bouquet for my nan's birthday and she was over the room, arrived in the morning the next day! :) cashback tracked fast although it's taken around 6 weeks to pay out, it's payable so i'm happy, good rate too :)

Fantastic service. Ordered at around 9pm, and the flowers were delivered by noon the following day. I have been told they are beautiful which is a relief, as you never can tell what you're going to get with some online suppliers. The transaction tracked very very quickly. Can't comment on the cashback experience yet, of course.
