Cashback declined, but I'm not all that surprised. I'd been messing about looking at so many different insurance companies in so many different ways I don't blame them for not paying up because to be perfectly honest I couldn't tell you what I'd done/how I accessed their site either! Note: after purchase you'll receive several calls "to confirm various details" and in these will be attempts to "up-sell" and convince you to purchase additional, optional aspects of the insurance that you opted out of when making the original purchase. I don't know about you but I find this very irritating.

Not happy that 6 weeks after purchasing policy from Sheila's Wheels, I have still to receive any feedback about my untracked claim. One of the main reasons I chose the policy against another slightly cheaper policy was the good feedback rating and what appeared to be a trustworthy company...not such great value or customer service or trustworthiness after all!!!

When I signed up the cash back was £37.25 but it dropped 2 days later to £10.50 and I was credited £10.50 still a cain going through, but all you TC will know how annoying it can be

This was exceptionally good service from Sheilas' Wheels and TopCashback. The price of the insurance was very competitive. TCB advised that there would be a seven-week wait. The £63 was paid within two weeks. That's the best service I have encountered on TCB. I took out a second policy with their sister company Esure, on the same date 19 March. They have a 8-week waiting time. I will now look forward to that being paid very shortly.

Fantastic. Purchased the car insurance 13 days ago, to start on 31st March and received the £60.60 on 1st April. So 2 weeks from purchase to payment by TCB Well done Sheila`s Wheels and well done Topcashback. Well pleased.

This was a valid claim but was refused ,because as they say they could not find the Policy no; Yet they issued a policy for the vehicle All details were supplied to Top cash back I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I certainly would not use them again

Purchased car insurance in February, they rejected the cashbakc for no reason. Lodged a claim in April, and despite being nudged constantly thgey have still not responded. Wouldn't have taken this product if not for the cash back as this was what made it cheaper than other suppliers. Will never use again.

This is now a second case rejected in a month time by topcashback due the same reason 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale' and with 'copy and paste' answer from them w/o any specific example. If I did not chase them, they would have left it as 'pending‘, just delaying the payment!

I purchased my car insurance for Sheilas wheels in June 2012 through Topcashbabck and they have never paid up despite lodging an appeal through tcpcashback. I would not buy my insurance from them again by calculating the policy cost with the cashback taken into account. They did come up as the lowest cost for my renewal and it pained me to use them again after losing faith in their integrity.

My cashback trakced and shows on my earnings page, but payable amont is £0.00. Checked the T's and C's and can't see why I do not qualify. have a valid policy, but have now been waiting over three months for my cashback. My policy would have been cheaper elsewhere. I would not recommend using them.

didn't track the cashback (£30) so i made a missing claim after 90 days as they tell you to (why so long?), couple of months later & they have decided not to pay. there is no reason for this as i did everything properly so i'm down 30 quid & had the extra hassle of going through the claims procedure. will not use again.

Like everyone else recently, Sheila's Wheels have failed to pay cashback on a valid insurance policy. Provided all the correct information and correctly clicked through TCB, but after waiting 3 months, they now decline a valid Cashback claim. Come on TCB, remove this dodgy company from the TCB site, because they devalue such a brilliant website!

Shocking shocking shocking, just had my cashback declined after having to wait 3 months with a manual claim. TCB said Shiela's Wheels declined becuase they can't verify it was a click through from TCB site but * when you click through from TCB it takes you to a dedicated "Affilicates" page to start your quote. I only chose SW this time because they were offering £30 cash back. TCB you should kick this merchant in the proverbial!!

Insurance was a good price and even better with the cash back offer. (If its traceable that is) Do not rely on getting your cash back, apparently mine could not be traced, although I paid in full through the top cash back website. A big con in my opinion from Sheila's wheels. Why offer it if they are not going to pay it?! Disappointing experience.

it's a waste of time. I bought a policy from them thinking I would get my £10 back through topcashback in March 2012. It's now over a year and I have just been told that no cashback on this one.

Bought car insurance via Topcachback who then had to chase Sheila's Wheels for over a year, only for the cashback to be rejected without any reason. Very poor, Sheila's.

Just received my renewal notice from Sheilas Wheels, coinciding with TCB's report that my cashback claim was being declined because SW couldn't track the transaction. What a load of rubbish! Definitely not even thinking about SW this year and hope that TCB will do what they can to get them off their list of suppliers. Why give yourself the hassle??
