Hmm... Declined my claim on spurious grounds. "Unable to locate my transaction" despite filling in the appropriate reference/order/policy number and my car insurance is alive and kicking! Very dodgy and frankly disappointing. Will think twice, nay thrice before using them again.

My husband and I both bought our car insurance with Sheila's Wheels through our own topcashback accounts in different months this year, both didn't track and the subsequent claims were both declined. Something a bit suspicious going on here I think!

Both my wife's and my cashback didn't track even though we used our own topcashback accounts and the purchases were made in different months. The missing cashback claim was then declined. Do not take cashback into account when choosing who to purchase your insurance from. Something a bit strange going on in my opinion!

took policy out last october cashback never tracked, did manual claim and sent many nudges to top cashback and still nothing my policy is up next week so will be looking else where.

In common with many others, after taking out a SW policy in June, there is no cashback tracking, and nor have SW responded to the claim and nudges submitted, so am presuming SW wont honour it as seems the experience elsewhere if and when they finally respond. Disappointing response, and would be concerned that this sets their standard for customer service, so I will be avoiding SW in future.

Whilst the cashback was only £10, It never registered and I never received it. Despite putting all information in (nothing abnormal), had to go through lengthy conversation with customer service - so not as straight forward as other online providers. Waited for cashback, evidence of purchase all there, no response or answer from Sheila's Wheels, Topcashback offered £5 good will, but it isnt TCB's fault if retailer doesnt follow through so didnt feel right accepting it. TCB always good communication, thank you. Sheila's Wheels are coming up in same region with other quotes this time around, i will pay a couple quid extra to avoid them.

I hold a policy with Sheilas wheels and my policy did not track so i submitted a missing cashback claim. I bought the policy 7 months ago and only now have i had a response to say that they would not pay my cashback as they could not find me on their records based on the information i provided. Im really unhappy about this as paid my policy in full for the year and bought with the expectation of recieveing cashback :-(

Hmm, still waiting after 9 months for Sheilas' Wheels to confirm untracked transaction. Nudges sent monthly, but nothing happening! Come on TopCashBack, please do something about this. It is your reputation being brought down as well as by the very poor show from this retailer.

Selected Sheila's Wheels for the price and cashback bonus. Never bothered to check on it until months later only to discover SW had denied cashback and, because of the delay, I cannot even find out why. V annoyed and shall leave at renewal.

Have taken out a policy a month ago which should have had £45 cashback. As yet nothing has shown in my account... not looking promising... As soon as I can report the missing claim I will be doing. Don't think i'm going to get any cashback.

I have waited 6 months or more for my cash back following the purchase of car insurance, it did not track and have chasing ever since , I provided my policy number, and have now had the fastback declined as they have no record of my order. I thought the policy number would cover that. Do not use.

Didn't track initially. Submitted a claim to TCB and it was added to my account but has still not been paid. Estimated Payable Date is showing as 31 Aug 11. I have sent two nudges to TCB and nothing. I don't think I'm getting my money.

I clicked through this last year, the cashback initially tracked, my policy came through and no problems with that. Then it went to £0 payable, I initiated TCB follow up and despite them hastening and checking it I never got any feedback, never got my payment at all

Took out car insurance in may 2010, nothing tracked and whilst Top cashback (TCB) has dealt with queries and nudges from me on a monthly basis, today I was informed I was unlikely to receive the cash back as the retailer was not responding. TCB offered an amount of cashback as a gesture of good will which is very good of them, but I don't think this is right. The retailer should cough up, I don't feel right this site (which we all value) should have to pay the cost. The service from sheila's wheels wasn't great either when I had to phone to correct some information they had wrongly recorded. They were on par with other insurers in terms of cost so the cash back would have been a small bonus, but next time Sheila's Wheels will not get my business, it will cost them more that £10 to get me back!

Made my purchase in March 2011 and still no cashback from sheilas wheels.. lodged with topcashback as soon as was allowed, and I have sent nudges every month since, but nothing just a 'waiting for retailer' is the response. Normally topcashback resolve issues quickly, but this one seems to be going nowhere... VERY Disappointed with Sheila's Wheels, its not even much of a cashback offer to be waiting 9 months for it!

I paid for car insurance Apr 2011. Still have not been paid any cashback - have been completley ignored by this company. God help me if I have to make a car insurance claim. DEFINATELY do not want to use Sheilas Wheels again.
