Tracked within a couple of days with the 1st £20 as expected. I wait now to see if the other is forthcoming. Good service to date and even with only the 1st £20 they were the cheapest by far.

I took out the joint building and content insurance in January 2010 and still hasn't been paid yet. The status is still "waiting for reply from merchant". The transaction didn't track at first, so I had to manually claim anyway. Waste of time. The merchant doesn't answer! Not going to take out insurance with them the next time. Very disappointed!

Sheilas Wheels came out as one of the best service orientated insurance companies on the market as reviewed by independant sources as well as one of the more reasonable quotes on the price comparison websites.
I took up the joint buildings and contents cover and with the additional cash back promise the final price i have paid is £94!!.
This is almost half of the next best comparable quote.
My initial £25 joiners payment tracked quiet promptly but the remaining £20 for the combined contents took a lot longer to track. I guess this is only fair to stop any abuse of this system.
Anyway to cut a long story short I am a very happy customer and my expectations have been well and truly exceeded.
Thank you Top Cash Back and I hope to do business with you again soon and i will of course recommend you to others.

Signed up for buildings and contents insurance less than an hour ago, and the first £20 cashback has tracked already - impressive. From the below comments, it looks like I may have to wait a while for the other £25 though.

Joint policy is initially showing £25 cashback, although information on website says joint policy will show £20 to begin with. Bought policy at the time when cashback was £60 for joint buildings and content, will have to wait for outstanding £35 once policy has been verified.

Whilst Sheilas Wheels payed out this claim withinin 3 months and i am happy with that, i did make another purchase with them for my wifes car insurance and this claim was not tracked. i have submitted a claim through untracked claims about 4 weeks ago and i have not heard anything from sheilas wheels. If this claim is not paid out i will not deal with this company any more as i purchase all my main insurance products with them and i now have some family members purchasing products from sheilas wheels

I took out Home and Building Insurance with this merchant, could have chosen lots of others at similar quotes, but went for them for the express reason of offer of £45 cashback. Took out policy on 30th November 2009, still not received any recognition or money from insurer via TopCashBack site, despite following procedure for applying for insurance through TopCashBack link and procedure for chasing up missing cashback claims. I am very frustrated and very disappointed and will not be using them again. I recently took out car insurance with Aviva which tracked at £75 cashback pending within a few days of the transaction. Looking at other comments on Sheila's Wheels, it seems that this is a regular and fairly common problem of them ignoring their obligations or only paying part of what has been promised on the cashback site. I hope they have a better approach if I have to put in an insurance claim!! This is very worrying, don't feel confident that they will honour their obligations but will try and weasel their way out if I suffer a loss!!! I think Cashback should complain vociferously to Sheila's Wheels on behalf of its members who have been completely conned and misled. If they don't get justice from them, then they should be removed as a merchant on this cashback site straight away and only reinstated if they pay amounts outstanding.

took out joint building and contents insurance in november. £65.00 cashback has not appeared and no response to my comments. I TOOK CASHBACK INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN CHOOSING THIS POLICY BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE OR REPLIES SO SHEILAS WHEELS HAS COST ME MORE THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID OTHERWISE.

I was very pleased with the competitive quote I received and how quickly this transaction was completed. I received my policy documents within a couple of days and am very happy. I have other policies with this Company and would certainly recommend Sheila's Wheels to all my friends as they are so helpful if you have any queries.
