Altho the insurance is reasonably priced the cashback is a nightmare! On my account the full £60 showed as pending for ages, then when it became payable, the amount showed as £0!!!!

took joint buildings and contents insurance back in november 09 paid £25 but still owed £40,taking very long time.and still not showing on my account.wont hold my breathe.

bought building insurance/contents 8/04/10 at 8.10 looked at my account on the 9/04/10 at 2.00 and it has tracked for £20 I would say this is quickest deal so far that I have done on TCB and if the rest of money comes through in 2 months I should save about £45 all together good deal

Bought insurance on Jan 2010, tracked quickly then eventually it said £0 payable. Enquired to TCB who said it may be because it was also done through a comparison site, saved then accessed through TCB. I'm not sure. The Cynic in me says Sheilas wheels have wriggled out of this just like with others before me and now that i'm 3 moths into my house insurance policy its not as if i'm likely to cancel and they now that!!. BE AWARE

Purchased house insurance in Janauary; not tracked. Filed a claim and waited. Claim denied!!! Esure have said that it could not match the data submitted.
AVOLID SHEILAS WHEELS LIKE THE PROVERBIAL PLAGUE!!

Initially failed to track, so claim submitted. Eventually became pending, but for wrong amount, however full amount was paid out after 3 months.

Avoid! Cashback failed to track. Not allowed to claim until after 90 days and then, having waited that long, they tell you that you have to claim within 100 days! Total con men, how is anyone supposed to remember such a tight window of opportunity for claiming?

Although i did get cash back it was less than half of the advertised amount for taking contents and buildings insurance.
I am still relatively happy with it but also a little dissapointed.

Sheila's Wheels tracked back and I am awaiting payment from Topcashback who have confirmed on their site that they are going to pay me. Sheila's Wheels website has a problem because one request for insurance goes thorough their website as two and I had to contact them to confirm that I only needed one house insurance and not two. I was also billed two different amounts but the Sheilas Wheels adviser was good and said that the first quote was the one I would be billed. The second quote was slightly more and didn't apply anyway.
