Joint Homes/ contents taken out Nov 09. Still no cashback.
Policy was more expensive than others, but cashback made difference.
This has not been paid. Will not use again.

Took out joint contents and building insurance in November 2009. Not tracked. Complained and chased up a number of times. No feedback from S' Wheels. They had the cheek to ask me to renew. Only took out policy because Cashback brought them into contention, without this not good value. Never use again. Still requesting owed monies. Notice i am not the only one.

Wrote comment on here in August regarding cashback payment. First 20 quid tracked - but now its been taken off completely and I am still waiting for the other 25 quid. Submitted two enquiris now. WON'T be using these again.

Takes a while for cashback to clear, but I suppose that's in case of cancelled policies. Sheila's Wheels is excellent on price and what is covered in the policy, customer service fast and efficient. Looking at some other insurance topcashback payments, this one has been smooth and effortless, just needing patience to watch it come through!

Do not touch with a barge pole if you ever want to receive your cashback I have bought from them twice and never received anything. I am now being told that my cashback has gone to a third party whilst I went direct through them and not a comparison site. Very annoying.

I did not receive my entitled cashback from this merchant from January this year. I failed to follow it up within 100 days so have lost £45. Make sure you check your account transactions regularly!

I never got my cashback, purchased buildings and contents insurance 20Th Feb, waited, and waited, and waited . . . . nothing. Contacted TOP CASHBACK. At first Sheila's wheels couldn't even find the transaction, when the eventually did they refused to pay out. Apparently they have already paid another middleman (a different cash back merchant) However, I went directly through TOP CASHBACK for this transaction and at no time have I used a different merchant. Only took the insurance out for the cashback so very disappointed!

The home and contents insurance was a good deal, which initially tracked at £20. I had followed the information about ensuring you open a new quote to ensure it tracked. Unfortunately for whatever reason it seems the cashback has been declined as now shows payable as zero. Not entirely happy with Sheila's Wheels but at least the cover was a good price so the cashback would have been a bonus. I don't ever buy anything purely on the premise of receiving cashback.

It's coming up to the first aniversary of my outstanding cashback claim from Sheilas' Wheels. Despite TopCashBack chasing it up and S'W telling me they've 'sorted their problems out', my purchase still hasn't tracked and I'm not holding my breath! Something constructive - the SW joint house & contents insurance policy I purchased was good value, just don't expect any cashback.

I had an appalling experience with this via another cashback site, where I was required to go through a number of hoops to the promised money. On Topcashback it tracked flawlessly with no intervention from myself.
