	Bought joint building and contents insurance in january 2011. Transaction never tracked. Put in a claim to tcb. Was informed my claim would be put on ice for 3 months as this was a merchant requirement. Claim finally sent to merchant at beginning of april. Still had nothing back.Have a bad feeling about this cashback. Others be warned . Update....... Now well into June still no action by Sheilas Wheels. I think I may have lost this one

	Took out a Buildings Insurance policy. Sheila's Wheels information suggested that cashback could take 90 days to track after date of policy, so naively I did not pursue the claim immediately when it failed to track. Of course, by the time the 90 days had gone, I was beyond the 100 day limit within which Topcashback normally pursue missing claims. I had to raise a special request, and thanks to TCB I did eventually get my cashback, but I'll never use Sheila's Wheels again. Their policy was nothing special and I only went for them for the cashback. TCB service was great, Sheila's Wheels are shocking - avoid!

	Bought home and contents insurance from this company last June. It seemed hopeful for a while then dropped to zero and all this despite topcashback intervention. NO CASHBACK - bit of a con, leave well alone!! Can recommend Hastings Direct for car insurance though - quick efficient cash back!!

	Took out policy online on 27 may via tcb - failed to track - after 2 days submitted claim but told this would be put on ice until august. As was not yet on risk, thought it better to cancel and try again. Did everything to the letter thro TCB on 30/5 but has again failed to track. What is going on? Have never before had such problems.

	I took out a home insurance policy in June 2010, which I still hold now. £45 was offered and I followed the purchasing instructions to the letter. The cashback did track for a while at a lower amount, after which it was zeroed and I have not received it to date. TopCashBack were informed at the appropriate time and also sent reminders at regular intervals but have been unsuccessful in obtaining the cashback. Very disappointed.

	After purchasing there home insurance in december the claim for £20 soon tracked but it then disapeared and went to zero. I had to wait until march until I could put a claim in and now 6 months on and nearly june still no word. I've still got the policy so no reason for a no show....

	Tracked within hours. Good cashback and excellent price for the home insurance. £100 less than my renewal plus cashback makes it a great deal. Long time to wait but it will be a summer bonus. Thanks TC.

	Bought home insurance in January - already quite a bit cheaper than other insurers - cashback of £45.45 paid last week so made my policy even cheaper! Great - would definitely recommend.
