	I found a brilliant home insurance deal with Sheila's wheels through tcb, but it failed to go through online, I reluctanly signed up to another co. then the next day SW emailed saying to accept the quote call or go online. It failed to through again online so I signd up via the telephone because of the great deal. really annoyed about not receiving the cashback though because I have no signed up to SW. maybe its a con so they dont have to pay the cash back

	Tracked immediately and paid out in less than a month. Will definitely use them again for future transactions. Great company!

	I made payment for a full year's insurance through Top Cash Back, it tracked immediately then disappeared within days. Since July 2012 I have been trying to claim the cashback amount due to me without success. TopCashBack have been good but the Merchant apparently cannot locate the transaction (how convenient after all this time) so it has been a completely useless exercise. I certainly wont be renewing with them.

	I see many good comments regarding this company but for me it hasn't been so good. My transaction didn't track and I have now been chasing it for 14 months and still no resolution. Shame really as they provided me with a very good quote and as an insurance company I have not had a problem

	It was over a year ago (Oct 2011) I was suckered in by their £45 cashback offer, though was not THE cheapest insurance. It did not appear as tracked so made missing claim with TCB then kept sending nudge reminders every couple of months. Eventually got response that claim refused as apparently could not locate my purchase or if was through TCB or whatever (bit vague). Seems many other recent comments about them failing to give the cashback - BEWARE.

	Poor poor and poor. Tracked fine, remained in my account as payable £0.00. Did not cancel policy and abided with all T&C's of the cashback. 6 months later - nothing from sheilas wheels or Top Cashback - all I have is 'waiting for merchant'. Not TC fault but I will definitely be avoiding in the future. AVOID!

	I'm bewildered. After running searches through GoCompare.com for my home insurance, I had decided on my top 5 companies. I then took a look at the TCB reviews only to find the majority of them to be poor and to be told to avoid at all costs. I don't understand what is happening! I have been using TCB for about 7 years now and it was only ever the odd time where a manual claim for TCB had to be submitted (with a positive outcome), but now it seems a matter of course (with more often than not, a negative outcome). I don't know whether they have perhaps changed the TCB management team only it seems TCB are losing all credibility in my opinion, and the companies who join don't seem to be taking them seriously and I for one think it's time I began looking at joining another Cashback site where I can feel confident that the cashback will be paid out and that if there is an issue, the cashback site will be on my side. As for my house insurance, I feel because of this, I'm having to carry out double the search and its tedious enough already.I'm back to square one! Not happy!

	Very dissapointed with the cash back experience, tracked at £45.45 then went to £0:00 put in a claim after waiting over 2 months then had to wait a whole year ( policy had expired by then)to be told the company had declined to pay the cash back. Policy a fair price but dont go with Sheilas Wheels in the hope of getting cashback you may well be dissapointed!!

	Very good - tracked immediately after joining. Took 2 months for the cashback to become payable which is normal for a new customer for any type of insurance.

	Been waiting over a year now since 13/10/2011 but no cashback, £45, as was stated. It did not appear in my account so submitted a missing claim and TCB sent to them after the 90 days validation period and it's been stuck as "waiting for merchant" ever since. Have done several nudges to TCB but still no response. I would say think about looking elswhere if you want the cashback unless their insurance quote is low enough without cashback.

	What a waste of my money and time. Have been trying to claim back the £45 cashback offered from Sheilas Wheels since January but they have now finally refused to acknowledge the transcation. I wonder if they will do the same if i ever have the need for an insurance claim from them. Not impressed.

	Dire avoid like the plague. I have been chasing my cashback £45.00 since Feb2012. Shelias wheels have said they have no record of my transaction. They wont be getting my buisness again.

	What a waste of time. The £45 never tracked back and i allways deltte coockies etc. Purchased in Jan 12 moaned in Feb 12 and still havent heard anything. Go elswewhere.

	So far so good. I was careful to clear all the cookies on my computer and then check that cookies were working on topcashback. I followed the Sheila's Wheels Home Insurance link and purchased the quoted inusrance which was £20 cheaper then I had got elsewhere. 2 Hours later the cashback had tracked to my account so hopefully a further £45.45 to come back in 3 months time. Fingers crossed for payout of the cashback. I will post again when that happens.

	Home insurance was the cheapest available anyway. Cashback tracked overnight and it became payable very quickly despite paying by monthly direct debit. I was going to buy anyway but this cashback is greatly appreciated!

	Second time I've used this merchant and the second time I've needed to ask TCB to chase up cashback. Unlike the first time, Sheilas Wheels paid cashback when prompted this time but yet again, cashback received wasn't for the full amount originally promised. It's only about £1 short this time, unlike last time when it was about £15. Took many months of hassle for both me, and TCB, to get any cashback at all last time - let alone the correct amount. This time I'm not going to bother chasing the odd pound. Watch out when Sheilas Wheels offer anything other than their usual £45.45 cashback on home insurance (which they do occasionally) - from my experiences, you'll probably not get it unless you chase.

	home insurance policy was purchased in march 2010 and the t&cs state that a certain number of days needed to elapse before the cashback would be paid. missing cashback claim was created in april 2010 and over 2 years and a number of "nudges" later i have now been told that i will not receive the cashback. all other purchases i have made via topcashback have never had a cashback claim rejected. very disappointed with sheilas wheels having missed out on £45. i don;t think i will purchase from them again.
