I have many good comments regarding SW insurance policies but for me the deal hasn't been great. My transaction didn't track although TCB had it on their records (my brother had the same experience) and I had to chase it. 3 months later I got paid. Shame really as they provided me with a very good quote and as an insurance company I have not had a problem they and TCB need to get together to sort the problem thats been ongoing for years. Other companies manage swift payments and I'm sure SW could too.

Extremely unsatisfied with this company and how topcashcack dealt with my unpaid cashback query. I bought home insurance from SW after comparing others on top of the cashback they offered, however, I bought it in May and I logged my unpaid cashback claim with topcashcack in June, since then I regularly chase for update and happy to provide any further info if required but every time it got a reply saying we will look into it, we are waiting SW response! However it has been 6 months now, nothing happens! So disappointed!

Update: Cashback claim paid - eventually. So maybe I'm a little more likely to consider them in the future. What worked well was TCB. Obviously lots of problems as TCB eMailed to warn of tracking issues with this merchant - never had that before. Although I had in fact already raised a claim, TCB were suggesting a claim may be needed. Well done TCB (even if the tracking fault was in TCBs domain).

No reviews since last year? Interesting - maybe everyone is waiting for the outcome of cashback claims.
Because the transaction didn't track and the claim seems in limbo, 3 months on. Decent price if you factor in the cashback, but take my advice and don't rely on it. Won't be renewing with them or any other eSure sub-brands
