I have been waiting over 3 months for this to be paid. Doesnt seem acceptable really. Maybe as a newbie I have to accept this is the way it is, but it has stopped me buying another product from them for the cashback.

I am trying to get a policy, I get through the whole procedure it offers me a price, then when I click the next button to pay it says they are unable to offer me the quote. I rang there call center to find out the reason as to why it's declined but they couldn't find anything wrong with the application, they offered to finish the application on the phone, however they were unable to tell me if I would still get the cashback if I completed the process on the phone. I'm quite annoyed about this, does anyone know if I can retrieve a saved quote and pay over the phone and still get cashback?

Purchase tracked very quickly but the merchant did pay out with no explanation why, so £45.45 down. Unfortunatey I have missed the 100 days cashback claim, so get a challenge in early.

Cashback has tracked quickly and for the correct amount.This is the second time i have used this merchant and have had no problems.Even without the cashback this was the most competitive policy i could find.

Took out home insurance. Failed to track. Manual claim made. After waiting over 2 years the £45 cashback was refused. No explanation given, presumably because they couldn't justify it. Definately wouldn't use again. AVOID!

The cashback was good but failed to track and had to submit a claim which was successful and has now been confirmed but is still yet to become payable. will use again purely because it was the lowest deal.

After waiting for a year, I have now been told that the Cashback of £45 will not be forthcoming, apparently due to something I did wrong when I made the purchase.

The cashback showed as tracked in less than an hour. Although the cashback is not the highest, the premiums are really low so it was the best overall deal. eg. Cost of cover was £160.45, cashback was £45.45. Therefore one year's building, contents, home emergency and legal cover for just £115. Top Deal.

Once again, a Sheila's Wheels transaction failed to track. Happened two years ago and again in Nov 2011. If the 2009 instance is anything to go buy, it'll be a year before I finally receive cashback due. TopCashBack alone were unable to get confirmation of purchase (tracking) but a combination of TCB and me sending several emails to SW customer services eventually got a result. Really not good enough. I suggest anyone experiencing similar problems contact SW customer services after a couple of weeks and get the ball rolling before TCB gets involved (after their 'on-ice period') a couple of months later. Nothing wrong with the insurance product purchased and SW customer care were really helpful and thorough.

Transaction tracked quickly and validated as normal at £45.45. However, when it was due for payment, it changed to £zero for no apparent reason. The policy was paid in full, tracked and validated fine and hasn't been cancelled. The merchant notes say that they won't reinstate a fee once ot has been declined. Seems very unfair and I won't use them again or recommend them. Don't rely on this company to pay cashback.

Website easy to use, product a lot cheaper comparably with other retailers, cashback appeared almost immediately. very happy. Cashback was so good, my house and contents insurance was almost half price. brilliant

WARNING!!! Do not expect cashback from this merchant. I purchased home insurance in Feb 2011 and are still waiting for cashback. Claim has been submitted but still nothing back from Sheilas Wheels. Take note of this and many others warning, this merchant cannot be relied on to provide cashback, avoid if possible.

Bought household insurance early April - quote was very reasonable and was promised £45 cash back. Tracked very quickly and has been paid this week - which is a bit earlier than expected... absolutely no problems at all with this merchant and will get a quote again next year via topcashback.

They never paid up. This is the bad end of cash back, when poor organisations reel you in on a long term wait for cashback and then never pay up because the 100 day limit has been breached. As a result will never buy from Legal and General again.
