Easy enough to get sky and get it set up at your home but I've been waiting for the cash back for 25 weeks now and wondering if I'm ever going to receive it. Disappointed!

Terrible - 5 months later and my cashback hasn't even tracked! TC are no help either..no reason why it should take this long if you start paying your bills straight away

Good amount..but takes a long time. Estimated 18 weeks, Been confirmed for 10 weeks so 8 weeks to go.. but no movement to payable. Never experienced such a long wait with Topcashback, and concerned looking at other peoples feedback.

became a new sky customer back in april / may not seen any cask back yet, looking at other comments this is a long time !!, only for today the confirmed cash back amount to disappear from my account what is going on topcashback!!!

The deal was good and the transfer from EE to Sky made easy, the £100 M&S voucher Sky threw in as part of the deal was great - The cashback, to date, never tracked and I now have had to open a dispute to try and reslove. £70 cashback is a good amount and I will be peeved if they refuse so we shall see....

Cashback advertised was £157.50. That's what I got so I'm happy! The only reason for 4-star review is that it took about 8 weeks more to pay out than originally estimated.

Lies. Cheats. You won't get the advertised rate. I'm a pro topcashback client with over £2k cashback so I know how it works. Sky doesn't payout to the advertised rate so don't believe it!

Hi, I can see you have a tracking transaction with Sky that is confirmed and so this should be paid for in the future. If you do have any further queries however, please do send in a Support Ticket. All you have to do to lodge a support ticket is click on "Account" at the top right hand side of the screen, then "Customer Care" on the grey navigation bar and finally "Submit support ticket".
