I ordered goods to the value of £749 and was awarded cashback of £31.87. I queried this, as I believed the cashback should have been £44.94,(6%) and was told that the cashback was awarded on price less VAT @ 17.5%. I cannot find any indication of this on the Sony site, so BEWARE. Maybe I could have got more cashback going through another retailer!

I ordered a laptop 3 months ago and it has not even tracked, despite several nudges!
I am particularly annoyed as I could have bought it from Comet who I know have a good cashback record.
If you order from Sony Style do not expect to receive the cashback.
