Does not provide cashback
We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed.
The response is completely untrue. I always use topcashback and I am aware of the process. Please stop working with companies who falsely claim they will be proviing cashback when they never do.

Does not honour
This retailer does not track purchases and they do not honour feedback. They make all sorts of excuses saying the last referrer was a popup or search engine or something other. Most of my transactions on Topcashback track, no problem. I do the same thing each time. So when a retailer comes back with so many excuses, I know they are being untruthful and withholding feedback.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars - after 9 months of chasing a missing cashback it was declined. I have an other 2 outstanding missing cashback claims so I doubt they will be approved too. The worst retailer here!
