	Made a large purchase (nearly £400) with sportsdirect. The cashback of nearly £30 was declined for no reason. Sportsdirect will do whatever they can do to deny a fair cashback. I wouldn't have even made my purchase without the cashback I was promised. Pretty upsetting and won't be using them again.

	Absolute disgrace. Twice now I've completed transactions online and twice now the spend has tracked on TCB only for Sports Direct to wipe this off. No explanation. Don't waste your time with this lot.

	What a joke of a company. Cashback declined for no reason, I followed every step of the process, I checked the T&C's prior to the purchase and they still declined it for no good reason. Also, BEWARE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS, they add a magazine and a sports direct mug onto every order, but what you don't see is in very small writing at the bottom, they are actually charging you for these items, but they automatically add them onto every purchase.

	Sports Direct have refused 2 of my claims for cashback, despite me going through topcashback only and no other site. I had never ordered from this company before and was certainly not redirected to them via another site. I saw their rate of cashback on this site and thought I'd have a look then placed an order, then placed another order a short while later. Both transactions were deenied by Sports Direct totalling £8.50. I am not happy that companies are allowed to sign up to TCB but then refuse to pay out for no legitmate reason. They should not be allowed to continue to promote their business here. I will not be ordering anything from Sports Direct again because of their complete lack of customer service and their inablility to follow the rules of this site. The are clearly using TCB as nothing more than a tool to promote themselves. I am not giving any star rating as nothing was acceptable in my dealings with them and I feel TCB should seriously consider removing Sports Direct from their site.

	Tracked fine quickly paid (4 weeks). Watch out they automatically add a cup costing £1.00 to basket. Wish they did free store collection or the postage ceiling for free delivery was less.

	How can this merchant have 99.94% when they do not pay out cashback. They did not pay mine with the usual get-out clause, as the previous reviewer.

	This merchant did not honour my cashback, their response was that they could not identify topcashback as the last refering site, which seems like an excuse not to pay to me.

	I placed my order which is in excess of £100 on a Sunday, five days & am still waiting for the order to change from processing to despatched, apparently delivery should take no longer than 5 working days according to their website. I have had to email customer service to chase up to see if there is a problem with the order and I am still waiting for a response. The order has tracked but having seen previous reviews I will not hold my breath. Far from impressed with my first experience of ordering with this company!

	Goods arrived quite quickly, however they have now refused my cashback claim stating i have used another site, this i have not done as i only use Topcashback.

	I placed an order and it got tracked fine and correct amount got confirmed, However one of my items was faulty so I had to send back for replacement, When the confirmed changed to payable the amount dropped to a lower amount, They took the value of the item I had sent back off the total amount spent so the 5% of this gave a lower cashback, I don't think this is fair as I exchanged the item and was not refunded. So my total spend was still the same. So basically I got shafted for sports direct sending me shoddy goods that I had to have replaced. Also sports direct try to get you pay postage for faulty returns, However I emailed them and they provided a freepost address after I mentioned sale of goods act. Wont be ordering from them again.

	Again another one that will not pay out on my purchase after months of nothing. Reason being I used another website such as a search engine/another cash back website which is totally untrue. Good luck getting money from sports direct... I will give them a miss next time put it in the coffers for there next french player.
