	Cashback was declined Reading the other overwhelmingly negative reviews, I've no idea why SportsShoes is even listed on this site. Expect your purchase to declined for spurious reasons.

	Declined - As for everyone else.... First genuinely tracked, then a day later it declined. Absolutely no reason for it as definitely genuinely tracked without using any other comparison website or discount code. Looking back at the reviews this happens a ton of times. To me this looks like a pattern of abuse and perhaps TopCashBack should ban them from here. As this will also reflect negatively on TopCashBack.

	Don't bother After 4 months of wait - of course declined. They "marked my order as return" and not delivered it for over a week. After making complaint to them - guess what, they created a new order, so no surprise that this was declined.

	Not once had cashback awarded I've made multiple orders with Sports Shoes and not once have I had my cashback rewarded. It has been rejected every time.

	Another none paying retailer Don't buy from them expecting cashback, don't even give a valid reason, just supposedly 'terms not met', look at their reviews by most recent mostly negative, another none paying retailer to add to the list.

	Valid cashback declined Don't expect to get cashback. Went through TCB, no discount code used, and still declined. TCB should remove them from the site because they're clearly abusing the system.

	Tracked, then untracked then rejected What's the point of having a claim process when they reject the claim with a generic response (The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This does mean that we aren’t able to source any funds on this purchase.) which I can't prove or challenge. Waste of time

	Avoids paying legitimate cashback! Beware using this retailer. They have now twice declined my use of TopCashBack on separate occasions when Ive bought running shoes in their sales. Each time, they say I have used another 3rd party before making the transaction. This is false. Ive cleared all my cookies, browsing history and cache etc, went straight to their site via TCP and made a purchase. Each purchased 'tracked' before being declined. TCP got nowhere with the retailer but didmake an ex gratia payment to me which Im grateful for.
