They do pay up reliably, but take far longer than any other merchant I use via TopCashback, so while the shopping experience is good and Staples rarely makes mistakes, the delay in processing payments makes them hard to recommend.

Declined cashback - LIED and stated TCB weren't "the last click" when they 100% were. All cookies cleared, only tab open was TCB. AVOID AVOID AVOID - Declined payout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It didn't track and they declined my claim (which showed the tracking) - but I had the order number/ credit card transaction etc. I won't be using again.
