Part of my order arrived and I was told to expect the labels in a month, after a month I contacted Staples and was told that the labels had come into stock but had been used to fulfil other orders, so I waited again and the expected date just kept being put back, in the end I gave up and went elsewhere, on top of that Staples have declined my cashback, I am not very impressed and would avoid using them in the future

I have now been waiting three weeks for part of my order to be sent, the expected delivery date came and went, I contacted Customer Services who gave me another delivery date which has now gone, they say that the incoming stock has been used to fulfil other orders and I have to wait another week, on top of that I have had to put in a claim for untracked cashback, I am not very impressed with the service provided by Staples

My experience was very negative, although cashback showed in my account it then disappeared and no amount of prompting and supplied information changes the situation. The laptop which I bought was cheaper than anywhere else and so I did not lose. If you are going to buy from Staples bear in mind you may not get any cashback. I have received a lot of money from Top Cash Back on other purchases and so I know it is not their fault
