Using 5 star to work around TC's ordering logic.... Order made via TC and tracked with correct cashback. When comes to paying became o. When chased by TC Staples claim this was not an order via TC, which obviously makes no sense as it originally tracked. In Summary - DO NOT USE for cashback as they do not honor their promise

Good cash back rates, I have however experienced a few transactions that did not track, and just noticed one from 30.04.15 has not tracked AGAIN and it is too late to lodge now :( so this means I lost out - very disappointing when I am a regular spender with this merchant

Very poor. Initially tracked at £0 and then declined 3 months later despite all being correct with order. Avoid if factoring cashback into purchase cost as I did. I'll never buy from them again, cheats.

The sale tracked for 0% when the promised was around 8%. So had to claim via TCB and finally after a few weeks it was confirmed.

I have 2 purchases from Staples back in Jun 2013 and TCB is still waiting for them to track and paid. As you can see from the reviews from many disappointed customers since 2013, sales with Stapes are no longer tracked and paid. It is very disappointing that TCB has decided not to show the last payment date from all merchants any more. TCB is hiding many statistics now, such as tracked percentage; missing claim required etc. These vital statistics will tell us whether a merchant is paying or not.

To date I have had no problems with cash back from Staples, but I have been caught out a couple of times with their "Ordercare" option. To delete this from the order you have to click the link at checkout, then click the box to say you only want their standard warranty, and then click to get out of the pop-up. However, items in your basket can be removed with 1 click. A little bit of subterfuge me thinks!

Cashback never used to be an issue with Staples until last year. I had several transactions that failed to track so raised the issue with TCB. Now they have started declining the cashback claims (because of the non-transparent way tracking works they hide behind woolly excuses such as "the cashback has been paid through another account - which in my case is not possible). Anyway i've stopped using Staples, if they are unhappy paying out cashback why are they on TCB?

Love the shop but cashback is hard to get - I have used twice and both times not tracked , and im pleased to say its been chased by TCB and got my cash on the 1 claim but declined on the other.
