I have received excedllent service from Staples. They always have what I want at a reasonable price and I have always received my order the next day. The goods are of good quality and their delivery staff are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have had my cashback refused for a genuine purchase. Beware......they keep say order numbers are not valid and after a year of arguing.....still no cashback......total cowboys.

Got to give 5 to get noticed, I ordered via TPB they recorded the order, I had the order delivered, rather than pick it up, so they would have everything on file, they delivered the computer. But according to them they cannot trace the order, it seems that any cashback over a couple of quid, get refused. So beware Staples, last time I buy anything from them.

This merchant always declines cashback for me. Just use another stationary merchant. Stationary is a very competitive market, and pulling tricks like that just makes me go elsewhere.
