Retailer had well reviewed printer available. Ordered and stock available at the time. Email 1 week later despite having next day order said order cancelled no discussion dont email us. Very upset with this attitude and will not use this company again

I purchased a laptop from Staples through TopCashback, qualifying for £50 cashback. However, after 7 months I hadn't found out why I had no cashback, and was then told that the cashback was attributed to another merchant, despite having not used anything else! Do not use Staples, their service is appalling and they spam you with physical catalogues for "The Office Buyer" that you can't stop! Terrible.

I have stopped using Staples now as I have 3 cash back claims outstanding dating back to March 2011 totaling £70+ and have switched to Viking who offer equivalent % cash back and are very prompt with their payments. I was spending £500+ a month with Staples so it's their loss.

Worst shopping experience I ever get from Topcashback. The product was delivered to wrong address to begin with. When I track the cashback, it didn't credit my account with the 7% as advertised. I wrote to Topcashback about 6 weeks ago about to trace the cashback but have not received any reply or explanation until now (20Aug2011). Very doubtful about using topcashback again now.

Purchased many times from Staples. Always prompt delivery and cashback. Bought an operator chair in June 2010. After nearly six months sitting on it, two of the screws from the bottom started to stick up the seat cushion, making it very uncomfortable. Emailed Staples customer service which arranged a pick up within the week. I got a full refund within four days of the pick up. Very impressed!
